Wonderful facility with knowledgeable, welcoming employees! Constellation has been a game changer in my own focus on self-care these last few years. And most importantly, I love supporting a local business that is so welcoming to LGBTQ+ individuals.
This place is one of my happy places. I always see Sarah and she is amazing!! I always leave feeling relaxed and comfortable, and she is so compassionate and caring. She is always willing to switch up what she does to make her client comfortable. I’ve come here many times and I will continue to come back as long as they are open.
I did a breath work + writing class here with Amy and it was so powerful! I have done many breath work workshops over the years, and this one felt like the perfect length and intensity to add into my schedule on a monthly/bimonthly basis. I could really feel Amy's experience and I really trust her as a guide. I think this allowed me to make breakthroughs that would be tough to achieve self-guided. It has re-inspired my daily breath work practice and I'm already looking forward to the next class!
