Incredibly personable, kind, honest and responsive company. They have cleaned our home and furniture twice and do an excellent job. Extremely easy to communicate, book, or ask questions. THE BEST customer service.
I’ve used Clifford The Carpet Cleaner for two years. Services were excellent and scheduling is easy. I emailed them on a Sunday and the appointment was booked for the following Thursday. The carpet, area rugs, sofas cleaned up really nice. The best part is they don’t use any heavy scents. Everything dried the same day.
We are so happy with how thorough & conscientious Preston was cleaning our carpets. I told Cliff he would need a magic wand to get some of stains out of our family room carpet & Voila! The rest of the house & stairs were expertly done. The only downside is now i’m going to have live with FR carpet a few more years! double-edged sword! ?
