My scalp has been itchy since September 5, I did everything I was suppose to do, to help with the itch, but nothing worked and then I did some research and found out that the hair has a deadly toxic chemical in it, that’s harmful to humans. Wetting the hair, activates this chemical. I messaged the lady that did my hair, yes it was super early, because this is urgent and I’m waiting in a reply. Please let you customer know what hair you’re using and ask them if they are allergic to any chemicals in the hair or the hair itself. Accommodate them and make it right !!!

I love Ceci she’s the ONLY one that has been doing my braids for YEARS and she’s is the BEST braiding shop over North Minneapolis hands down!!!! and I won’t go to nowhere else LVBS I’m stuck on her like glue love you Ceci girl 🤣🤎🤎🤎🦾🦾🦾

Horrible I paid 180 on Sunday and will take them put! 2 braids, stiff hair, sore scalp I told them it was too much hair and too tight too close to my forehead, they kept making excuses about the braids. One braided stayed on the phone 90% of the time. How do Instop my scalp from hurting.

Ceci did a great job on my hair. This was my first time at her salon. My braids are neat and she got done in good timing. She was friendly and professional. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Very unprofessional. I had a 9:00 am appointment I waited 30 minutes just for someone to come. I still did not get right in the chair because the lady didn’t want to do my hair so she had me wait on another braider why she assistant someone who came after me. Two hrs went by in the braider still haven’t showed. After waiting she ask me did I want to come back. I told her no because this will be my 3rd time leaving and coming back this week without getting my hair done. Sad to say I still left this salon with no braids. Very disappointed
