I’ve been a member of Carpe for almost a year now and I enjoy it so much. There’s a large variety of class types and times, so I’m never bored and able to find a routine schedule that works for me. The recovery services are also incredible. Highly

Carpe Diem is a fantastic yoga studio! Their instructors are great. It’s a very welcoming environment for all people. They are also a local business that gives back to their Minneapolis community.
I am so happy that I joined the Carpe Diem community! Their broad range of classes from high intensity rep and row to gentle flow means that I can always find the right class for my needs during the week. All of the instructors are amazing and supportive. I look forward to continuing to explore more classes and recovery sessions this year.
