Overall, I was really bummed about my experiences at Brian Graham salon. I went 3 times and saw 2 different stylists. In those 3 visits I had 2 very unprofessional experiences. The first visit my stylist made me stand up for 20-30 minutes of my hair cut. I was wearing heels and she asked me to stand but didn't give me any idea how long I would be standing for. I'm young and healthy but it was uncomfortable standing for that long. BG said it was because I have long hair that she needed me to stand but my hair is a pretty normal length and I've never been asked or seen anyone standing for a hair cut. Everyone is so friendly and the location is super convenient. Always great conversations and tips for my hair. I am always super pleased with my cut whether I keep the same look or try something new!
Finally found a stylist and a salon I love in the twin cities! First of all - Brian himself answers the phone and will make an appointment for you. Saw him sweeping and talking to everyone. Such a warm, humble guy! Okay now for my haircut with Olivia! I hadn’t met her before but after Brian asked me a few questions about my hair he paired me up with her and she was incredible! So nice, attentive, looked at all my reference photos and asked questions to make sure we were on the same page.
