We were a bit late in scheduling our A/C checkup. But Drao came out and checked things over and did a super job on it. He also explained some things to us about making it more efficient as well as encouraging us to make our fall checkup for the furnace and getting out air ducts cleaned. Drao is ambitious and eager to learn as he is going to school to further education in HVAC. Blue Ox has been quick to respond, very easy to work with, has a wonderful and knowledgable staff who know the business. I would like to add that they are awesome to the veterans and both hubby and I would highly recommend them!!
We had Charles as our HVAC technician and he was amazing!!! So thorough, detailed, patience, and informative/knowledgeable. He educated us about the functions and maintenance of our AC and furnace. We were dreading our appointment because we knew we would most likely have to replace our units going into it, but we feel so confident in our choice because it didn’t feel like we were being upsold or anything- we feel fully educated and not pressured at all to make the choice that is smartest for us.
Bryn with Blue Ox Heating and Air did an excellent job on the recent air conditioning installation. He was extremely meticulous, hard-working, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. It was clear that he took pride in his work and wanted everything done right.
Throughout the installation, Bryn was kind, professional, and courteous. He took the time to answer questions and ensured I was completely satisfied with the finished job.
