Can't recommend Big Mike's Gutters enough. From the first call they were professional and responsive, and they got me on the schedule way faster than I expected. The three guys who came out did great work and were happy to walk me through what they were doing and ask questions whenever something needed my input. David was the lead on site and clearly knows his stuff. Easy 5 stars.
I would and already have recommended Big Mike’s. I shopped around to many gutter places and it came down to the customer service and the timely answers of my concerns. I had so many concerns and probably called Jill at least twice a day while still texting her with all of my concerns and I definitely a lot. My roof is very angled and I was concerned about the roof and th fascia, they got my feeling way better. Chat GPT helped me grill them lol. This is my first home and I have no clue on these things. I'm a new home owner and I had no idea how to tell if my gutters needed cleaning (my house is very tall!). I called Mike and within a day, him and his team sent someone out to take a look. Turns out they do not need cleaning, but I now know exactly who I will use when they do! Professional, communicative, and honest. Big Mike's is great!
