Really nice atmosphere. Clean and quite. I wanted a little bit bigger braids but I'm comfortable with the style that was given. Yes the price of braids have become quite expensive but I don't mind paying more if my style is done right and I don't have a lot of hassle. I recommend this shop and will definitely be returning.
Requested style: I wanted big part knotless braids. Braids were a bit smaller than I wanted but I liked the style that was done. So yeah I'm satisfied.

I normally don't leave bad reviews but I left the shop in tears and with the price of braids these days its really unfortunate. These are my birthday braids and now I want to cancel my party. I sent numerous photos she confirmed she could do the style and couldn't. I wasn't given what I asked for at all and she wasn't willing to negotiate. It's extremely disappointing that I spent over $200 and will have to take it down. I wouldn't recommend Aminas to anyone.

Had to get a bald fade because one one of braiders was lazy and didn’t know what she was doing. I told Amina what was happening to my knotless box braids as they were growing out and she wasn’t concerned making sure to not taking responsibility and charging me for take down. Horrible experience and customer service.

This is my third time coming to Amina.. I’ve had two sets of knotless braids and one touch up. Just recently I came for a new set of knotless braids and a bad snow storm had started. Amina still took her time despite wanting to close early due to the weather. My hair was nice and neat and she’s very fast. I have been nothing but satisfied each time.
