Dr. Kevin O'Donnell is an exceptional doctor who listens and gives you a simple to understand explanation of your health issues and treatment. The entire team here is caring and efficient. I can not recommend this clinic and Dr O'Donnell enough.

If I could call my clinic without getting the “call center” without any licensed or educated medical staff that would be nice. I don’t like that I can’t send attachments (including non-epic files and PDF’s or forms I need signed) to my own primary physician at allina! This is ridiculous and allina needs to fix this as they choose to have a basic plan for epic which limits the character count and no attachments in messages. If MHealth, Mayo, Essentia, and numerous private practice clinics have this function - a healthcare organization like this one has no excuse.
I’d recommend against choosing NP William Sharp as a PCP. He chose to discuss Rupauls Drag Race instead of reviewing my active medical conditions and medication list. I subsequently selected an MD within this same practice and received an astoundingly different level of care.

I went out of my way to see Dr. Heidi Coplin. She was amazing! She was kind and patient. I felt seen and heard. She addressed all of my concerns. I never felt dismissed or rushed! I will happily drive an extra 30 mins into Minneapolis to see her for all of my needs.

The Uptown Clinic is wonderful! From the receptionists to the assistants and doctors, everyone is kind and caring. I always feel heard and valued during my visits. Thank you for providing such excellent care!

Good level of health care and accepts Hennepin Healthcare. • Aug 27, 2024: Bi-annual check-up and oof draw. Good experience. Dr Decker is always very helpful and provides good health recommendations.
