Scam hospital. They use all outside contractors for the emergency room. You will be billed twice for everything once to “use” allina facilities (as if you have a choice) and twice for the outside contractor to review results. They definitely do not disclose this up front (spoke to one of their billing personnel who confirmed this). Billing person also waited till the doctor was speaking to me to shove me a bunch of papers to sign

Employees at all levels of the organization. I had several nurses and CNAs provide great care especially RN Roi in the post surgery area. Knowledge, compassionate and hard working. Thank you everyone!

I arrived at this ER experiencing a severe peanut allergy/ anaphylaxis. I had to explain my symptoms to 4 different staff members and my care was not handled with the urgency or the competence needed.

I cannot say enough great things about Abbott! This is our only experience there, but it has been outstanding! Starting with the check-in staff, the waiting room attendant, and the cleanliness of the whole hospital. And the nursing staff has been nothing but helpful, gracious, and attentive! I have read reviews about poor experiences here - but I truly felt my dad was well cared for! And the staff is just so, so kind!!! THANK YOU ABBOTT!
