My only experience with Jim's is related to camping and the RV dump station. When I called to double check that they had one, the woman I spoke to was very nice and confirmed they do have one and they don't charge to dump, but they only allow it outside of business hours. However, upon arriving, it was very difficult to locate the dump station. Fortunately, they responded via Facebook messenger on a Saturday afternoon within a couple of hours with more specific information. Honestly, these people have been absolutely amazing!!!! We are a household that generates a large amount of trash. We have five kids, three adults, two cats and a dog. They don’t have hidden fees for the number of cans you order, witch I appreciate. I got four trash cans delivered the same day I called them to set up service.They’ve never missed a pickup. Even when Ive missed the bill. Our driver has gone above and beyond on several occasions. They’ve pulled my cans from the side of the house when we overslept after new years and forgot to curb them. The font desk has always been a delight in helping me switch cards or schedule pickups. We are very happy customers.

I’ve used this company for 5+ years, and they are always on time for pickups, and very reasonable. On the rare occasion we’ve needed anything extra or had a question they’ve always been great with communicated and have been more than accommodating.
