Bottom line upfront BLUF! From their employees to their dispatch is hands down the reason I’d recommend them OVER and OVER AGAIN!!!! If you are fortunate to be in their service area, CALL THEM! No hesitation!! I’ve had my sewer line freeze up twice this year. First time I used a company out of St Cloud. Even though they were quick for service and got me running again, the price was 4x too high and they cleared it out of my basement rather than outside. Septic Check had the same customer service if not better than the other company but their procedures were far superior!!! Don’t waste your time shopping around because money or skill cannot compare!
We very much enjoyed working with Spencer on our home build. From the very beginning, his communication, flexibility, and responsiveness stood out from other builders we spoke with. He truly allowed us to be as involved in the process as we wanted, which meant a lot to us, especially having the opportunity to take on some of the finishing work ourselves to save money.
Spencer was always responsive, easy to reach, and willing to answer our many, many questions, or talk through decisions, which helped when we ran into any road blocks or stressful situations.
As with any home build or large renovation project, there were a few delays and unexpected issues along the way, but Spencer handled everything with patience and professionalism. He consistently worked to resolve challenges quickly and fairly, keeping things moving forward.
Overall, it was a great experience and his team did excellent work. I would definitely recommend working with Spencer on your next project!

My only experience with Jim's is related to camping and the RV dump station. When I called to double check that they had one, the woman I spoke to was very nice and confirmed they do have one and they don't charge to dump, but they only allow it outside of business hours. However, upon arriving, it was very difficult to locate the dump station. Fortunately, they responded via Facebook messenger on a Saturday afternoon within a couple of hours with more specific information. For others who are struggling to find it, it is just south of the trailers that are lined up. It is painted orange, a metal disc on the ground. With this information, we were able to easily locate it and successfully empty our RV tanks!
