We very much enjoyed working with Spencer on our home build. From the very beginning, his communication, flexibility, and responsiveness stood out from other builders we spoke with. He truly allowed us to be as involved in the process as we wanted, which meant a lot to us, especially having the opportunity to take on some of the finishing work ourselves to save money.
Spencer was always responsive, easy to reach, and willing to answer our many, many questions, or talk through decisions, which helped when we ran into any road blocks or stressful situations.

We’re so thankful we chose Haven Homes & Design Co as the builder of our MN home. Spencer and his team were extremely helpful, provided great suggestions, and responsive on questions we had. They stayed on schedule plus the inspector said they consistently exceeded MN building requirements. We look forward to working with them in the future. They are good people?
