I had a 90 minute massage with Abbie at the Mendota Heights location and it was amazing! She focused on the spots requested and it was so relaxing. The facilities were nice and clean and very relaxing. Would highly recommend!

I've been going to Green Lotus for about 5 years now. During Covid, they added an online library of classes taught by their instructors. The variety of classes offered is great, and you can use your membership at their other studios. The instructors xan correct postures if you want, they are also willing to grab you additional props dueing class if you need them. For treatments, they have a great variety of options to choose from, and their practioners take the time to listen to your concerns and treat you accordingly. Oh our wonderful gem, Green Lotus Yoga! From the knowledgeable, caring and inspiring Yoga instructors to the informed natural healers/massage therapists to the metaphysical classes to enlighten us. A beautiful safe space to keep going and begin again.???
