“Amazing!!! I was diagnosed with needing both hips replaced at age 45. My daily pain was significant. I began with "traditional" steroid shots as a treatment. I then discovered PRP treatments and started looking at QC Kinetix. I had information that this treatment was the only thing that helped a co-worker get out of pain. Despite the cost of treatment not being covered by insurance, I believed I had enough information that said it would be worth the cost. Now the front desk is where I have an issue. Both times I have come in there is only one lady behind two big screens so you can’t even see her when you walk in. Her personality is very stale. Being the first person you interact with I would think it would be important to have a bubbly, animated, upbeat person who is welcoming.“
