Sam very knowledgeable and focused on customer understanding. He shared photos with me of my AC and worked to find a leak in the refrigerant line . He could not find it but told me what to expect and what they would cover . Very pleased with his professionalism !
I spent a week without AC and I was nervous I was going to need a whole new AC system but Jon did his diagnostic and came back with some great news that he could fix it and was able to get me up and running again within an hour.
We recently had a mini split heat pump installed, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We originally looked into this because we weren’t able to properly zone our house—our upper level was always very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Installing a heat pump in the attic ended up being a perfect solution.
Dalton and Rizzo were fantastic installers—professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. They showed up on time, walked us through the process, and made sure all of our questions were answered. Their attention to detail really stood out, and they kept everything clean and organized throughout the job.
