I jave been seeing Dr Jacques for over 35 years with great service everytime, until Pa Chee the rude entitled person at the desk had to invoke her entitlement towards me about my insurance card having my wifes name on it vs my name on it, 3 othe M Health Fairview places in last 10 days HAD NO PROBLEM taking this card snd letting me see the Dr, but not this person who takes her job far to serious and wouldn't just stop the negative conversation until she got her last word! She should really think of another profession

Had a visit on November 08, 2024 with Renee Zasada was and she is truly heaven-sent. After weeks of frequent ER visits and bouncing from specialist to specialist, I was scheduled to see her on a whim. Although her specialty wasn't directly related to what I was experiencing, she listened to me with remarkable compassion and attention. Instead of simply referring me to yet another provider, she took the time to consult with her colleagues on-site (I believe Dr. Iqbal) about my symptoms and the best next steps. In which I was scheduled for a EEG that same day and an MRI the coming Friday. For the first time in months, I felt truly heard and validated. Big thanks to this clinic and the staff for also being very welcoming and nice.

This people are discrimitory and pick who to help based on skin color based on my assessment. Dr. Iqbal nurse didn't even want to work on my Metro Mobility application even though it was a renewal I had to read it for her to see that they had to fill it out and this was a renewal not even a 1st time new application.

Great place to go for post concussion syndrome, if you enjoy wasting your time and money and being told that your symptoms are all in your head. I wish you could leave a review without adding a star.

Was seen by Dr. Jasper and Renee the NP. Mrs. Jasper does not care what is going on with you, I have been totally dismissed when I have had major reactions to meds. That MD is the worst neurologist I have ever met, don't recommend. Go over credentials.

TERRIBLE clinic that can not communicate within the clinic or their patient. Been waiting over 3 days for them to write a prescription after an emergency visit for my elderly dying mother who has dementia. Been calling multiple times a day with no results.

Dr. Iqbal is an excellent doctor. Took care of my needs for 24 years. However when M Health Fairview took over to even get an appointment to be seen here even as a current patient could not have an appointment moved up. Instead offered me an appointment in late January 2024 so had no choice but to transfer to Noran Neurological Clinic Lake Elmo and will be seen by them in late September. Note staff told me could not see a different doctor in same clinic if they had an appointment open so this clinic no longer recommended.

Ask your doc to go someplace else. My symptoms were totally dismissed. The neurologist said I am fat and depressed. Both of which occurred AFTER symptoms began. I'll never return here. Getting this referral was so difficult. Getting to this appointment was very hard for me. I want to give up.Don't go alone. Bring a family member to speak on your behalf and take notes.
