Went there to get a vac part. Part not in stock. Was conveyed it could be ordered, just a simple filter. Took my name and # and never followed through. Won't be going back. It is what it is.
The customer service rep was very kind and respectful. The service was reasonably priced and was kind enough to do repairs same day. I was able to wait for repairs which was only 30 minutes. My kirby vacuum is like new.
I purchased my Kirby in 2005, and this is the first time I had to get it serviced. This place was quick and inexpensive. I was in and out within 20 minutes, and the technician pointed out some issues that I needed to watch out for to prevent further damage to the cord. He gave tips on how to put a new belt on. Cost for the neutral/drive switch and a gear with labor was only $68, extremely reasonable.
