I was seen with my dog Bella at Keller lake like about week ago I did leave review and Kimmo's extremely nasty to me and I guess letter from Angie saying that I'm not welcome there anymore because I was nasty to their employee and they don't support that which this is not true. Kim was nasty to me. I wouldn't even see them anyway, but this is getting out of control. This is not OK and this will be reported to BBB and everywhere else I could report because I'm not gonna stop. This is not OK. This communication against me is never welcome to me. I have been bringing my pets to Keller Lake for 14 years now and I'm so glad we were referred by neighbors and friends. Everyone cares so much for all the pets that are seen there. My dog is very shy and nervous and they do their best to make her feel comfortable, whether it be with cheese or venison, and talking to and petting her. Whenever we go there, we feel like we're visiting family and it's always so fun talking with the employees. While it's true that sometimes they have to refer their regular patients to Urgent Care facilities, it's not because they don't "have time" or don't care about your dog....they can be inundated... read full review

I had been going to Keller Lake for quite awhile and then relocated out of the area. I've been gone for 13 years and let me just say, I understand that they've grown a little but the core values seem to still be in place and some staff are still there. There was no better place I would bring my animals.
