I’m giving this place a five for Joel and a four overall. First time I went dealing with Joel and he was brilliant in recommending the right tiles for my job. Second time one of the workers didn’t even get out of her seat to come greet me or say hello. Would go back and only deal with Joel

We had ordered tile from the Roseville location. It wasn’t a great experience. Sales Associate screwed up our order so we had to quickly pivot to make changes with our builder. Maple Grove was closer so made our updates with Maggie H. Maggie was great! She updated our order and double checked the entire order. Maggie helped us finish the missing pieces left by the Roseville associate. Maggie had great suggestions and was thorough and accurate. We will be sharing our experience with our builder.
