“Had scheduled to go to the salon today because my daughter (6) had been begging to get her ears pierced for a year. We scheduled with Yaquelin T. who was so so so amazing and patient. My daughter had gotten scared after the first piercing and wanted, but was scared, to get the second pierce. She was so patient with us and spent way longer than she needed to with us. With the assistance of another Ulta staff, Cheryl who I cannot thank enough, we were able to complete the piercing. Thank you so much for your patience. We almost walked out with only one ears pierced. So professional and caring! Definitely recommended Ulta for services..... Great people all around!“
