1st time at this location, 2nd time with Great Clips in a while. (Make sure to schedule an appointment with the app as it makes it much easier for them) I didn't catch her name, but I had a older black lady who did my haircut. I just showed her a picture of what I wanted and she went above and beyond. She was super friendly, and had great maternal vibes. I had just gotten off work so I wasn't really feeling a chatty mood, as I generally like to just close my eyes and relax when getting my haircut. She was still friendly regardless and had a warmth sense to her. I highly recommend this place to others who may have doubts coming here.

I recently visited this location right before they were about to close, and I have to say, I was impressed with the level of service I received.
Despite the late hour, the stylist was welcoming and didn’t rush the process at all. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure every detail of the haircut was perfect.
It’s great to know that no matter the time, I can count on Great Clips for a quality cut and great service. Highly recommend!
