Kelley Heating and Air Conditioning February 13th 2024 My heat went out in our house on 2/11/24 @ noon. I got home and replaced the thermostat and re wired it in. The heat still wouldn't work. By this time the Super Bowel had started already. I called Logan Sheppard with Kelley Heating and Air Conditioning and went over some things. No luck still. By 9am the next morning an employee from Logans company was at my house looking at my furnace. The heat exchange was cracked and with the furnace being 14 years old we decided to replace the entire furnace. By 2/13/24 10am i was scheduled to have the new furnace installed. A/C went down during the beginning of the week called and they got me scheduled promptly that week. Very knowledgeable and walked me through the process and care of the system and answered all my questions and showed me how and what they were doing it was a quick fix and now my apartment is at a comfortable temp. Wish I knew about them and routine maintenance I need to be doing twice a year. Thank you guys for your help and support.
Absolutely recommend Kelley Heating. They have always made time to promptly schedule services. They answer all my questions and provide options for repairs, etc. Thanks for being awesome!
