Three years ago the carpets were left extremely wet and took days to dry. This new steaming and extracting equipment left us with only damp carpet which dried overnight. No high humidity to deal with at all. The owner was here with an employee who made it obvious they are focused on satisfaction. If you experienced wet carpets in previous years you won't now.
