She also reached out and checked in on Oscar twice to check in on him. I appreciate all their work and all the staff has been very nice and helpful. “I've been taking Lady here for a while, mostly for boarding. Whenever she boards, I always get updates and cute pictures from the staff which is very reassuring. Everything has going well, so I do plan to continue bringing her here. She definitely enjoys the outdoor area, especially since her previous daycare did not have one.“

While my friend no longer works there, the care my pets have received at this clinic has been nothing short of amazing! So far, my cats have seen Dr. Olsson and Dr. Femrite and both of these women are gems of humanity! Dr. Olsson helped me pull my cat/BFF Mr. Peepers from the brink of death when he had pancreatitis and a skin infection and Dr. Femrite went above and beyond to rescue my sweet saint of a calico Adeana after I had a bad experience at another vet. The whole staff is so great when I come in and I’m so grateful for all they have done for me and my critters!“

“This place is THE BEST. They explain everything so clearly and answer all your questions. My cat had to come in suddenly for something kind of serious so they worked around appointments to see him. Dr H. and Dr N. both were SO NICE AND GENUINE. I was getting emotional worried about my cat and one of the reception lady gave me a room alone to contain myself. The vet techs explained what was happening as well. Never experienced such kind and genuine staff. They genuinely care and help your pet in every way they can.“

“Update: Carver Lake has continued to be amazing. My dog is currently my at training, and she ended up breaking a nail. Carver Lake was able to get me in same day for a visit, to ensure that Pepper had appropriate medical care and medication. She is an anxious pup, and they do amazing with her - even when she was without the normal anxiety meds she takes pre- vet appointment. I appreciate their knowledge, flexibility, and care!

I have used Carver Lake for a few years now, and I had to use them this week when it was time for my 18 year old cat, Ramsey, to cross the rainbow bridge. They were able to get me in same day, and they were incredible. I appreciate the care and attention and patience they demonstrated with something that is so hard for a pet parent to navigate through. I have always thought very highly of Carver Lake and recommended them to other pet parents. This experience exceeded my expectations, and I am so thankful for them.“

“Sue is truly a dog whisperer. We took two dogs to her for many years and they always got great cuts at a very reasonable price. Our second dog, Luna, was diabetic and Sue helped us greatly with her care for more than three and a half years. Luna loved Sue and her dogs, and the feeling was mutual. I cannot recommend her highly enough, not just as a dog groomer, but as a person.“

“Not cheap buy worth every cent. I have a big dog and it takes them about two hours to give him a haircut and bath. I can't imagine how long it would be for me without the proper tools or experience. They do a great job and he looks wonderful every time.“
