“We needed to replace our 16 year old gas water heater. I called around to a few places in the Twin Cites and nothing felt good talking on the phone. Some companies wouldn't even call me back. I was told by a co-worker about Trowbridge Plumbing and so I gave them a call. Mike answered on the first ring, he was professional, kind, and thorough with what he was going to do. The very next morning they showed up, swapped out the old water heater and installed a brand new one in under an hour! The old water heater was taken away for recycling at no additional cost. The new install looks very clean and extremely professional. We are beyond happy with our decision to go with Trowbridge and we feel absolutely confident that the job was done right.
