I had back waxing, arm hair removal, a the pedicure service. The hair removal has cooled my entire body down; my back no longer looks like bear fur. After the pedicure I feel like Im walking on a cloud. Great service. I will be return and the prices are very reasonable. If you like quality then I would tell you to visit Tracy at the salon.
Tracy was amazing to work with, from giving me care information for before and after my appointment, walking me through the process, talking about how health and medications can effect the outcome of the appointment. She helped me with all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable! Tracy also helped me with getting all of my appointments scheduled and working her schedule to accommodate my schedule needs as well!
This was my first time visiting Serendipity Salon. Tracy was very kind and welcoming. She explained the process and her expectations. I've been to a few other places for waxing services, and Serendipity is by far my best experience. I highly recommend!
