A pleasant, full-service Salon and Spa. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's great to be on a first-name basis; that is, the staff doesn't change every visit. Some of the larger Salons seem to have new, ill-trained staff at every visit. Ultimate Retreat is staffed by people who care and pour their efforts into providing great service.
