Been going here a couple year now, went through one of there programs and it actually made a difference. Been seeing the same therapist for a bit now and he keeps it real. Also as long as you communicate with them a head of time you can cancel/ reschedule with no fee, unlike the place a friend of mine goes to.

I started at LDR a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with the compassion and kindness my therapist has shown me- she is knowledgeable and I am confident she is going to change my life.

Very difficult to reach. I have an initial appointment tomorrow, so I was concerned because I have received no paperwork or link to my online appointment. I have been calling for quite literally an hour and a half and received nothing but "our admin team is unavailable right now, please leave a message." I would like to note that according to their own webpage, the clinic is operating until 5 PM, and according to google it's til 4, meaning at minimum I was calling starting an hour before closing time so it wasn't like I was calling in the last five minutes either. Even trying to set up the intake took an act of god, I ended up playing phone tag across two days trying...read full review
