I'm a pretty darn healthy very active and mainly fit middle aged gal, but my journey started when I "threw my back out" simply putting on a fitted sheet when I twisted a way I should not have! I had never been to a chiropractor but I was desperate and a friend recommended Empower Chiropractic to me. Dr Madelyn found my issue with the first visit and the pain was gone by my second visit. I realized how much better I felt and easier I moved right away, and decided to stay under their care. Life changer! Highly recommend for all ages.
