“I want to share a wonderful experience I had at Friedges Landscaping in Lakeville. I stopped in to pick up some small decorative boulders. Obviously the woman at the front desk knew this was not going to be a large dollar sale but she treated me like I was the most important person in the building. She was friendly, attentive, told me where the pile of boulders were and explained how I would pay for them, once I was ready to checkout. Once I got to the, ample, pile of boulders, I started to load the back of my Jeep. I was not there 5 minutes and a gentleman pulled up on a Bobcat and asked if I needed help loading or would like him to move the boulders around so I could get a more thorough view of the pile. Again, he was extremely friendly, engaging and quick to lend a helping hand. I said no thanks and he told me to holler if I needed anything. What a refreshing level of high customer service for a $46.00 dollar sale. I will definitely be headed back to Friedges for my future landscaping needs!!! Thank you Friedges!“
