I received a deep tissue Massage from Amanda. Usually I have to remind massage therapist to use firm pressure. I did not have to with Amanda, she was great at using deep pressure to work out all my knots. She was able to release my tension and I left feeling great.I could hear noise outside the room but Amanda was able to turn up the music and I was still able to relax.Will definitely go back and recommend to others.

I had a one hour massage with Amanda, and it was a very relaxing and soothing massage. I did not want it to end, but the hour always passes too soon, I look forward to my next massage with Amanda.

I had a great experience at Life Wellness. Went in with back pain and received the greatest care and help. Along the way I learned a lot about how to keep myself strong and healthy. Dr. Tom and everyone there is so helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
