“Update: The manager called me to apologize and offered a free service for the inconvenience, so I am updating my review. I pay monthly to use the spray tanning at the Stillwater location, which I feel is broken or out of spray 50 % of the time I go in to use it. I recently asked to speak to a manager about the fact that the machine is broken so often and was told to call customer service. Additionally, several times when I have arrived at their opening time, they are not open (the last two times, someone arrives a few minutes after opening time and then I have to wait several minutes for them to get the register and machines turned on). Very unprofessional and lacking good customer service.“
