“Where do I start! I walked in and told these beautiful woman I was getting married tomorrow and they gave me a two for one spray tan and all the things I needed for the best spray tan. As we were talking I mentioned I just chipped my nail. After the pleasant tan, Lexi walked me over to the nail salon and paid for my nail to be fixed! I was shocked from such kindness! Not to mention my fiancé left the push start key for the car with us so he was stuck parked 5 minutes away which would have been a 23 minute walk for us. We went back in to Totally Tan and Maddie was so very kind to drive us to him. I have never seen better customer service in my life! I even invited them to the wedding.? “Mark and staff are great people, and accommodating with last minute requests for haircuts and tanningOnce again Mark has accommodated my last minute request, and fit me in 5 minutes after I had called him.Bonus was I collected my cut hair which sprinkled in the garden helps to discourage rabbits, and I bumped into an old friend in the salon.“

“Update: The manager called me to apologize and offered a free service for the inconvenience, so I am updating my review. I pay monthly to use the spray tanning at the Stillwater location, which I feel is broken or out of spray 50 % of the time I go in to use it. I recently asked to speak to a manager about the fact that the machine is broken so often and was told to call customer service. Additionally, several times when I have arrived at their opening time, they are not open (the last two times, someone arrives a few minutes after opening time and then I have to wait several minutes for them to get the register and machines turned on). Very unprofessional and lacking good customer service.“
