“I have used Shelter Craft to re-roof my house on two occasions. The first time was in 2010, after hail damaged our roof. The experience was great, and they even helped us out with damage that had been caused by painters. Our house was damaged again by hail in 2017, and we did not hesitate to call them back for a second job. In short, a hail claim for roofing was approved for spots to “repair”, not a full replacement. Total mismatch on shingles where repairs were made. Even after denial on mismatch shingles, Case diligently worked with the insurance company and got the rest of the roof covered. Throughout, it was all business, customer focus, professionalism, and open communication. They’re definitely not storm chasers at Legacy, and the work and effort they put into this job proved it.
