“Legacy Exteriors (Case Arkell and Dan Sedlacek) really went to bat for me in dealing with my insurance company. In short, a hail claim for roofing was approved for spots to “repair”, not a full replacement. Total mismatch on shingles where repairs were made. Even after denial on mismatch shingles, Case diligently worked with the insurance company and got the rest of the roof covered. Throughout, it was all business, customer focus, professionalism, and open communication. They’re definitely not storm chasers at Legacy, and the work and effort they put into this job proved it. “Our roof was 14 years old when we decided to replace it. To get the best deal on a new roof, we called six different companies to get different estimates on roof types and prices. Out of the six people that came, Weatherguard was the only one that told us to call our insurance. When our insurance looked at our old roof, they said that they will pay half the cost of the new roof. Because they were the only ones to tell us to call insurance, We picked them to give us a new roof. Would definitely recommend.“

“Overall Mayday did a great job with our exterior work (roofing, window trim, and gutters). They had great service and the quality of the build is top notch. The only constructive feedback I'd have is that the communication was a bit lackluster. I reached out multiple times over the course of a couple weeks and didn't get any responses. I realize that they were very busy, but even a quick text back would have been appreciated. Nonetheless, I think they provide an excellent service and I would use them again. (and I bet their communication would be better as our work was done during the frenzy of the hailstorm stuff)“
