She helped me to identify the underlying issues that lead to my injuries typically and created a plan for me to follow to strengthen those weak areas - and so far I've been dancing without injury! I appreciated Renee's approach so much - she listened and HEARD me, and the plan she developed with me was very personalized and she was great at explaining further and helping me change/adapt as needed.
