The two people I talked two were very professional and easy to talk to, and they communicated well about what needed to be done and what extra work and charges could possibly be required (though in the end they weren't). The cost was less than half the price of a new laptop - not to mention saving me the trouble of setting up a new one. It took a couple of days, but it was worth it.“
