In the past week we have had a great experience with 3 of the Foster technicians and the office administration on several AC systems . All were very good with communicating, they were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and concerned about our needs. It has been one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had. We recently called Foster Mechanical for help when our furnace unexpectedly had an issue late at night. They picked up right away and were able to come out to our house within 20 minutes. Josh, our technician, was friendly, honest, and didn't mind when we wanted to ask questions about what he was testing or what he thought might be the issue. When it looked like the issue might not get solved that night, he was sure to ask about our comfort and whether or not we had a way to keep our house warm until the issue could be resolved. We woke up at 330am this morning, the day before Christmas Eve, and our house was cold. I called many companies, Foster answered and was here within 2 hours. This was during a blizzard warning. The service guy was friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. What an amazing company. They have a new client in us, for life! Thank you so much!
