Jeremy is excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, respectful of home. He helped me understand our mini-split system as well as our furnace system. He changed out our filters. He also checked our boiler system on our secondary property. Very knowledgeable and helpful in all our systems. PHBC helps us evaluate the most efficient and effective way to reach our heating and home management goals. I really appreciate their cost saving advice. Dave was very friendly and helpful. PHC is letting us borrow a powerful heater until they can replace our furnace tomorrow which is great customer service and much appreciated. Definitely would recommend them for anyone needing HVAC work.
