Troy was awesome. They were able to come out quickly to fix my dryer vent. They also moved the appointment up but communicated at every step. Once here they were very efficient, kept things clean and were very thorough making sure the vent was clean and hooked up properly from the back of the dryer to the outside vent. They had to get into our crawl space to check out the middle portion-no small feat! They also gave me some very good information about not putting too many clothes in the dryer at once, thus blocking the vent at the back which sends lint everywhere it’s not supposed to go! Highly recommend!
