Troy, the owner, didn’t just clean the dryer vent and call it a day—he took the time to really investigate what was going on with my venting system. I was able to see firsthand how thorough and dedicated he is. He identified and corrected major issues with the venting that could have turned into serious fire hazards if left unnoticed.
