They did not remove the water, let wet textiles in the basement and garage for months, and didn't show up to work. After we fired them, I found Loyear Restoration, and they were heaven-sent. Karin came out immediately to take a look, then the owner John also came out. They swung into action and were there with a team every day with smiles on their faces. It was a complicated job with a huge loss of personal property. They were so kind and considerate, reassuring me that everything would be cared for. “Vesel did the back end of a water damage project after the initial remediation was done by another company. They did new framing, plumbing & electrical repair, sheetrock, finish trim, and painting. Scheduling was pretty much on target despite working around holiday breaks. All of the Vesel carpentry and finish crew were careful, respectful and did quality detailed work. Much appreciated!“
