Nick was very courteous and thoroughly explained the cleaning process. There were a few troubled spots that he went back over to give me a better piece of mind. Very appreciative of the extra effort.

Duluth Stanley Steemer was great! They moved my appointment to an earlier timeslot when it became availble and was super efficient in getting the house's carpets cleaned. Overall very nice folks, and I'll contact them again next time I need a carpet cleaning!
