“After a broken water main, we had 6" of water in our entire basement. Our insurance recommended another restoration company, and it was a disaster. They did not remove the water, let wet textiles in the basement and garage for months, and didn't show up to work. After we fired them, I found Loyear Restoration, and they were heaven-sent. Karin came out immediately to take a look, then the owner John also came out. They swung into action and were there with a team every day with smiles on their faces. It was a complicated job with a huge loss of personal property. They were so kind and considerate, reassuring me that everything would be cared for.
