Damage Restoration in Superior

“Jacobie Kennedy and Philip Solem have been working with mitigation to work towards restoring our floor after the water leak. They have been working together throughout the process and keeping us updated regarding restoration. At the end of the day they thoroughly clean up and vacuum leaving the place better than expected. They always put plywood down allowing us to safely move around in the house. They are both hard workers with no complaints and have a pleasant personality. I would recommend them for any mitigation requirements.“

“I was one of the many who survived the major fire that descended upon our community-like hotel in Superior WI, the Superior Sage. I was there because of being displaced from my mother's sudden death & nowhere else to, since I am not from around here. “TLDR: Green Home tested and thoroughly remediated our mold/humidity problem in our basement, we’re so thankful we found them (thank you, Danielle!!!!)! We had our indoor air quality tested in our 1960s split level home “just to see” and Green Home discovered a fairly significant mold and humidity issue in various spots of our basement. We always had a “musty” smell but had no idea that we were living around a serious issue. We tried to get several quotes from other local mold remediation companies but it quickly became apparent that Green Home’s expertise and focus on safety was in a different league. We had other contractors wanting to just “ozone bomb” our house (which wouldn’t fix the actual humidity issue in our basement?), some that said we didn’t need to open up the walls that Green Home found mold behind, and several that wanted to “check out” our under stairs storage closet before quoting us, which had visible neurotoxic mold (Danielle had wisely advised us to shut the door and don’t open it again until the remediation team does). Danielle explained everything so thoroughly to me that I felt confident in our plan to remediate the issue, and confident that the other guys we checked in with wouldn’t do an adequate job. We went forward with Green Home - our remediation was scheduled quickly and accomplished over the span of several days. Our air feels clean and safe, finally (and did from the second we got back in the house), and we have a plan moving forward to keep our basement dry and damp-free for the long haul. Mold is so scary to deal with - especially as we have a 1 year old and another on the way. Danielle had said at the beginning of our journey “call me, don’t panic google” and I feel like I really had her on speed dial for the several months we worked with Green Home.
