One customer was told by another company that a $10,000 replacement was needed, but Hastings repaired and cleaned the system, assuring it had 20 more years of use. The owner is also willing to help with thermostat issues over text. Customers highly recommend him for being a good, honest, hard-working person.

Matt knows his stuff! Super helpful and knowledgeable - we needed some help with an early 1900s boiler and he came out to test it, go over it with us, and answer questions. Will definitely use him again!
If you are in the Hastings area don't go with the more well known HVAC company, rather you need to go with Hastings Heating and Cooling. The owner Matt is one of the best people I have worked with in the HVAC world. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, honest, and fair. He recently replaced my AC unit and couldn't be happier. He was even willing to text me back and forth with a thermostat issue I was having. I can't recommend him enough especially when the competition is way overpriced and are more interested in pushing you to the highest sale as opposed to what is actually needed.
