“I had Obediah come out earlier in the season and assess my mouse issue. He talked us through the process, explained why he was doing what he did. We did have to take advantage of the 6 month guarantee because after a few months, the mice were back.When Obediah came back the second time, he was once again professional and very thorough. He even took the time to point out access points that might come up, but weren't currently an issue. He provided preventative maintenance tips and was fine with me peppering him with questions. We found a new potential access point and addressed the issue. No further mice to this point, but if they do re appear, Adam's and Obediah are who I am calling first.“
