I chose this company because it's local (Ham Lake, MN), family owned, and gets great reviews. I loved that I could book an appointment online--that is so convenient. Tim is the owner and takes great pride in his work. He is on time, friendly, hardworking, and efficient. Our carpeted stairs looked so good after he was done as did our older carpet in the lower level. I especially appreciated all the time and scrubbing he put in on our Lazy Boy recliner. It was really dirty and gross from years of grandkids and general use. After Tim was finished with it, it looked like a new chair! We had a great experience using My Trusted Carpet Cleaners. His work was thorough and he took the time to explain the process to my husband and I which we appreciated. We would highly recommend.
Tim is a very nice guy, and did a great job! His cleaning system technology is awesome. Our carpets literally dried in about an hour. It's so nice not to have to wait 24 hours to put your house back together. After an hour the carpets felt dry. We waited two hours just to be safe, and had everything back in place within 3 hours after the cleaning. Carpets looked clean and smelled fresh after the process. Thank you!
