KHI did fantastic work designing and finishing our basement. Working with our designers, Stephanie & Kathy and our contractor, Marv, was super easy and they provided a sense of collaboration through the entire project. From the earliest design meetings, our ideas were heard and incorporated into the final product. Their suggestions ranged from the practical (where to put light switches) to the whimsical (fun, funky wallpaper in the powder room!). Stephanie and Kathy were fantastic to work with. They helped us narrow down the many decisions that come with a whole-home remodel and guided us through a fully custom kitchen, tile, carpet, paint colors, lighting, furniture selection, and more. We couldn’t be happier with our new floors! From the initial consultation with Steph to the final install, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The crew was punctual, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in their work. The attention to detail really shows—our basement was completely transformed. The project stayed on schedule and communication was great throughout. We will definitely use KHI again for any remodel project and highly recommend to anyone looking for quality flooring installation.
