I had a great experience with Joel Smith Heating & Air Conditioning.
Our AC stopped working due to a failed blower motor/ECM module. I called in the morning and they were able to give me clear expectations on the diagnostic and labor costs over the phone, which I really appreciated. There were no surprises.
They were able to come out the same day, quickly diagnose the problem, process the Ruud warranty claim, and even pick up the replacement part and complete the repair that afternoon. From my initial call to having cold air again, the entire process was incredibly fast and straightforward.

Jason came to check on our furnace (as he has before) and I am so impressed with his knowledge about all things related to our furnace. I would definitely recommend this company for heating and cooling needs
