Mike will be my go-to guy moving forward! He came out yesterday (1/3/24) and provided some pricing options and was very knowledgeable about what was (and was not) needed for the work I wanted/needed to be done. He came by today (1/4/24) and started/completed in timely fashion for a fair price and I no longer have to worry about my water heater connections and I can actually clean the water heater correctly now. Thanks again Mike!
Michael completed two jobs for us this fall: a shut-off valve emergency and then an update to the laundry room. The valves were quickly replaced the SAME DAY. Michael noticed other needs we had, explained budget, risk (home built in 1983), time, and we scheduled the other work.
Michael was extremely professional, explained everything, worked efficiently and left the area clean and neat. I am totally satisfied with Hometown Plumbing. Will definitely call them for any plumbing need.
