“Bill was excellent to deal with. He helped work directly with my insurance co. who initially denied my claim. He knew how to handle all the hurdles regarding that claim. His crew did an amazing job. They had the roof finished in one day.

Randy did a great job with our new gutters as well.”

Lenz Construction

658 Mendelssohn Avenue North, Golden Valley

“I worked with Derrick from the Madison branch of Lenz. Our home was hit with 2-2.5 inch hail spring of 2026. That week I reached out to a local company to inspect our roof, they came and looked, told me our roof looked great, had 8 years left at least, and said insurance wouldn’t cover it. I then had a second opinion say the same thing, then a third who was working in the neighborhood agree. Derrick stopped by and I told him not to look as it would be a waste of his time.

A couple months later he stopped by again and asked to take a look, telling me he would rather see for himself. After a quick inspection he found a number of spots of significant hail damage, he got on the phone with our insurers that afternoon and was able to help us get our roof fully covered by insurance.

He was extremely communicative, the install team was efficient, cleaned up extremely well, and were very happy with our new roof.

I cannot recommend the Madison branch of Lenz more highly.”
